Here is another Logo Design Tutorial. In this there is a smooth wavy structure formed by single object. But due to its placement, it has three different surfaces. each filled up with three diferent shades of color. So to design this logo we will first create the basic structure of the design using the Ellipse tool and the line segment. Then we will use the shape builder tool to extract out each shapes. And then finally we will add up the gradient and the font. To see step by step process, check the video.
